Contract expected Aug 10, 2026 - Dec 31, 2026 (143 days). Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EST (could possibly start a little later). Worksite spans three suites (Ste 70 amc1, Ste 50 ssu, Ste 1020 amc2) with ~50 OEMs, 35 major machines, and 50 peripherals. Interview: 1 interview per candidate, onsite with the Hiring Manager. Summary: An. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Thomas Talent Network in Franklin, Franklin County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
