The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced, HVAC-certified Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities. Pay ranges from $23 to $26 per hour, depending on experience. STOP — DO NOT APPLY unless you meet ALL required qualifications: A/C Certification: EPA/CFC/HVAC certification (as required for the role) 6 months onsite apartment maintenance experience Valid government-issued ID Reliable transportation Own basic tools needed for maintenance wo. This is a HVAC opportunity with The Liberty Group #zdmvm in Washington, Washington, D.C.. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.
What you'll do
- Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
- Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
- Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
- Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
- Communicate repairs clearly to customers
