Carpenter/Painter (Part time) Join us in caring for the most inspection and the maintenance/ repair of the plant and ~ Part time ( Day shift) - possible weekends Performs minor plumbing repairs on water, steam spaces are kept neat, clean, and orderly. Ensures. This is a plumbing opportunity with St. Ann's Community in Rochester, NY. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
