POSITION TITLE: Carpenter Foreman EXEMPTION STATUS: Non-exempt REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities & Maintenance TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 12 month Primary Purpose Supervise and direct the daily activities of the carpenter shop including work in construction, alteration, repair, and installation of fixtures, buildings, and structures throughout the District. Maintain District structures and furniture in a pleasing and safe condition. Qualifications Education/Certification High school diploma or GED,. This is a carpentry opportunity with San Angelo ISD in San Angelo, Tom Green County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
