We have an outstanding Contract position for aCarpenterto join a leading Company located in theWashington, DCsurrounding area. Pay Rate: $35 - $60 per hour Job Responsibilities: Maintain and repair building woodwork and equipment: bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors, drywall, patching, painting, ceiling tle replacement, carpentry support, small projects and repairs, job site prep / cleanup , material handling, basic repairs, building protection, framing, and assisting skilled tra. This is a carpentry opportunity with TAD PGS, Inc. in Washington, D.C., US. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
