PMI is a Commercial Construction and Facility Service Company We are currently looking for a handyperson who can do a little bit of everything Handyman / Field Technician / Carpenter Multiple skilled field people for Commercial Repair & Maintenance and Project work. We offer career opportunities for employees that are looking to further their career path. Strong general construction knowledge required. Large percentage of work will be performed at night with pay. This is a carpentry opportunity with Piece Management, Inc. in Washington, Washington, D.C.. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
