Carpender/Painter/Handyman Job Number 47-2031.00 Department Maintenance Reports to Manager / Maintenance & Facilities Primary Position Objectives Works independently, performs all phases of carpenter work required for the facility. Performs custodial duties and minor repairs Position Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Description of Duties Maintenance Receives work orders and acts as the facility carpenter in the alteration, repair, and maintenance of the building and equipment. Pe. This is a carpentry opportunity with Connecticut Spring & Stamping in Farmington, Hartford County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.

- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
