Superintendent oversees day- to-day operations of the Maintenance Supervisor and Assistant safe, exceptionally clean, and highly System (BMS), and all HVAC components, as well advanced electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and spacesPerform general electrical, plumbing. This is a electrical opportunity with Breaking Ground in Brooklyn, NY. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
