About this role

Under general supervision, performs building cleaning and facilities maintenance work. Performs other duties as assigned check fire alarms, boilers, HVAC equipment, doors, and windows business, and bereavement days, and flexible leave options such. This is a HVAC opportunity with Baltimore County Public Schools in Towson, MD. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
