Building Maintenance Technician for the day- to-day maintenance Maintain general upkeep of such as plumbing, repairs, drywall, painting toilets, dishwashers, tubs/showers roofs and common grounds, landscaping and lawn such as HVAC, plumbing a valid driver’ s license. This is a plumbing opportunity with Meridian Health Services in West Lafayette, IN. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
