Job Posting End Date 08-25-2026 Please note the job posting will close on the day before the posting end date Under general supervision perform skilled work involving the operation, maintenance, repair, alteration and additions to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical building systems, building furnishings and site improvements What You'll Do: Assist in performing preventative/predictive maintenance on, troubleshooting, repairing, installing and operating variou. This is a electrical opportunity with American Electric Power in Corpus Christi, Nueces County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
