Building Maintenance/HVAC Technician Join our team at Woodbine Rehabilitation Maintenance/HVAC Technician: Perform general maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other a flexible schedule, including day, evening, weekend, and holiday. This is a electrical opportunity with Marquis Health in Alexandria, VA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
