About this role
DepCor Building Services is seeking a dependable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to assist our Lead Technician with the daily operations of a large, multi-building condominium complex. In this role, you will help ensure all mechanical systems, common areas, and exterior grounds are operating smoothly and safely. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a readiness to tackle both routine upkeep and urgent repairs. This is a landscaping and grounds opportunity with DepCor Business Services in Chicago, Cook County. Landscaping, lawn care, and grounds maintenance. Crews mow, trim, plant, and maintain outdoor spaces, keeping properties healthy and attractive year-round.
What you'll do
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow properties
- Plant, mulch, and maintain beds
- Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Install and maintain irrigation
- Remove debris and keep sites tidy
