Building Maintenance Assistant Part Time, and PM shifts 3 days a week Must checks and HVAC cleaning Maintains the grounds, landscaping, outbuildings and pool, spa and general area of the property , electrical, plumbing, and building construction Operation. This is a electrical opportunity with Courtyard_Fairfield_Chandler in Chandler, AZ. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
