Building Engineer - HVAC
About this role
The Building Engineer - HVAC is responsible for maintaining all facility equipment in good working condition, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems; lighting and climate control systems; kitchen equipment; roofing systems; ground support equipment; and maintenance and cleaning equipment under the supervision of the Engineering Manager. The role provides support and customer service to various departments and stakeholders throughout the facility and requires the ability to effectively. This is a electrical opportunity with Memphis Grizzlies in Memphis, DeSoto County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
