Bridge Laborer
About this role
We are seeking a Bridge Laborer to support bridge and structural concrete construction projects. This role is responsible for assisting with a variety of general labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, assisting carpenters, and supporting forming, pouring, and cleanup activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in heavy civil construction, be comfortable working outdoors in physically demanding conditions, and be committed to maintaining a safe and productive. This is a carpentry opportunity with Emery Sapp & Sons in Springdale, Washington County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
