About this role
To provide skilled services at a journeyman level in a broad range of maintenance and repair work. Performs work in a self-directed manner but may be assigned staff. Works along with or may provide direction and guidance to assigned staff. Demonstrates capability in carrying out work assignments including planning, laying out stock, materials, and equipment, and performing the work to completion. Exercises competent and responsible independent judgment in resolvi. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Providence Housing Authority in Providence, Providence County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
