Principales funciones Montar y preparar mesas antes del servicio. Apoyar en la atención y servicio a los clientes. Llevar y retirar alimentos y bebidas de las mesas. Mantener mesas, salón y áreas de servicio limpias y ordenadas. Apoyar en el montaje y desmontaje de mesas. Surtir insumos necesarios para el servicio. Apoyar al mesero en horas.
