Assistant Regional Land Development Manager Company: Hayden Homes Location: South Washington Career Area: Land Development Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction related field desired. Experience: 2 years in civil engineering, surveying, land use planning, and/ or civil construction management. Travel: Within assigned region of South Washington We are proud to be Great Place to Work Certified® and selected as a Fo. This is a construction opportunity with Hayden Homes LLC in Kennewick, Benton County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
