We are a highly specialized, established, and successful development/construction company looking for an experienced Assistant Construction Superintendent for our projects located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Duties and Responsibilities Field Supervision & Execution: Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities as directed by the Superintendent and Project Manager. Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project scop. This is a construction opportunity with Construction Company in Hollywood, Broward County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
