Midtown Assisted Living Residence - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: * Maintain the building and grounds and conduct / coordinate all the necessary repairs. * Respond promptly to all requests for repairs or maintenance concerns. * Prepare rooms for new residents. * Test the fire protection systems as required by code and schedules regular inspections. * Maintain the HVAC system. * Ensure the lighting and plumbing systems are working properly at all times. * Supervise proper removal and disposal of t. This is a plumbing opportunity with Midtown Assisted Living Residence in Hollywood, Broward County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
