Assistant Construction Manager

We’re partnered with a well-established General Contractor with a strong backlog of K-12, DSA, and public works projects across California. They’re looking to bring on a Project Engineer / early-career project leader who wants real exposure across the full project lifecycle — not just paperwork. This is a team where you’ll be hands-on in precon, field coordination, and project execution, with a clear path toward running your own work. What You’ll Be Doin. This is a construction opportunity with RimePro Inc in Anaheim, Orange County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
