As an Apprentice Carpenter, you will gain hands-on experience and learn the essential skills required for a successful career in carpentry. You will work alongside experienced carpenters and assist them in various construction tasks while receiving training and mentorship. Responsibilities: Assist in the measurement, cutting, and instal. This is a carpentry opportunity with Essel in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
What you'll do
- Frame walls, install trim, doors, and cabinetry
- Measure and cut lumber accurately
- Read and work from construction drawings
- Use saws, drills, and finishing tools
- Ensure level, square, and plumb results
