Maintenance Technician – Multifamily Properties Charleston, SC | Full-Time | $22–$28/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with a rotating after-hours on-call schedule Additional Compensation: On-call stipend $150/week overtime for eligible after-hours work Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor / Property Manager About the Opportunity We’re looking for a hands-on, dependable Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping residential properties in excellent condition. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with The Blue Collar Recruiter of Jacksonville South in Adams Run, Charleston County. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
