About this role
Dominium Management Services, LLC is seeking a Handyman Technician to support our multifamily communities. In this on-site role, you’ll complete resident work orders, perform routine building and unit maintenance, and prepare apartments for move-in. Typical tasks include basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and minor HVAC work. You’ll help ensure safe, well-maintained homes, respond to urgent issues, and document work in our maintenance system. Join a collaborative.
