Prime Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to work at a local apartment complex in Fresno, Ca. This position is Full-Time at approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule is 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Candidate must have a least 2 plus years of indoor & outdoor maintenance/handyman experience. Skills needed include, but are not limited to: general plumbing repair, painting, tile work, grounds and landscape maintenance, and. This is a plumbing opportunity with Prime Labor Inc. in Fresno, Fresno County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.
What you'll do
- Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
- Cut, thread, and solder pipe
- Read plans and follow plumbing code
- Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
