Construction Mechanics Inc (CMI) is looking for full time Apartment Maintenance Techs for work in Akron. Must have a valid Driver's License. Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular property inspections to identify safety or maintenance issues Prepare units for move-in, including painting, repairs, and general t. This is a electrical opportunity with Construction Mechanics Inc in Akron, Summit County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
