Apartment Maintenance Technician Park Property Management Time Off: Personal Days, Birthday, Sick, day could include plumbing, electrical, basic drywall, carpet, and field preferred HVAC certification preferred organizational skills Valid driver' s license. This is a electrical opportunity with Park Properties Management Company in Blacksburg, VA. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
