Experiencia de 5 años en Elaboración de precios unitarios Presupuestos de obra Estimaciones Licitaciones Catálogos de conceptos Manejo de software AutoCAD básico intermedio Excel avanzado Conocimiento de Costos directos e indirectos Números generadores Ley de Obra Pública Normativas PEMEX CFE muy valorado en TampicoAltamira Capacidad para Interpretar planos Cotizar materiales. This is a construction opportunity with MANTENIMIENTO RYR in Altamira, Tamaulipas. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.
What you'll do
- Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
