Title: 512 - Maintenance Worker I P/T Organization: PARDS: Parks Department: Parks Location: Parks Rate of Pay: $14.50 The Maintenance Worker I is responsible for performing general inside and outside building and grounds maintenance activities to include but is not limited to: clean, sweep, wax, paint, perform carpentry and building repair duties; mow, trim trees, dig ditches and trenches; clean and sweep parking lots and surrounding areas. Perform manual labor involved in park and. This is a carpentry opportunity with City of Brownsville in Brownsville, Cameron County. Carpentry and cabinetry — framing, trim, cabinetry, and finish work. Carpenters measure, cut, and assemble wood and composite materials for both rough and fine finishing.
