DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - REPAIRS, MAINTENANCE & RENOVATIONS Our client is an established real estate development and investment company that has launch a new division focused in the growing real estate field-services and home repairs arena. Providing best-in-class repair, maintenance, renovation and building-system services across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, carpentry, drywall, painting and general construction for multifamily, commercial and single family properties. L. This is a electrical opportunity with Gillian Executive Search in Long Beach, Los Angeles County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
