Bilingual Flea Market Brand Ambassador ChambaNOW | Part-Time, Weekends Pay: $20 per hour | Approximately 10–15 hours per weekend ChambaNOW is looking for outgoing, dependable bilingual English/Spanish Brand Ambassadors to represent our growing employment platform at local flea markets and community events. ChambaNOW connects local labor workers with contractors, construction companies, landscapers, property managers, homeowners, and other businesses that need workers. Our goal is to make it easier for people looking for work to connect directly with people who are ready to hire. What You'll Do As a ChambaNOW Brand Ambassador, you'll operate a promotional booth at a local flea market and introduce ChambaNOW to both workers looking for opportunities and businesses or individuals looking to hire labor workers. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and speaking with flea market visitors in both English and Spanish Explaining how ChambaNOW works to workers and hirers Helping workers create their free ChambaNOW worker profiles Helping contractors, businesses, and other hirers create accounts Using a provided tablet to walk people through the signup process Demonstrating ChambaNOW's features and answering basic questions Handing out flyers, cards, and other promotional materials Encouraging visitors to scan QR codes and sign up at the booth Keeping the booth organized, professional, and welcoming Representing the ChambaNOW brand in a friendly and positive way Requirements Applicants must: Be fluent or conversationally fluent in both English and Spanish Be comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day Have basic experience using a tablet, smartphone, and websites Have reliable transportation to and from the flea market Be dependable and available on weekends Be friendly, professional, energetic, and approachable Be comfortable explaining a service and helping people complete online registrations No previous sales experience is required. We are looking for people who are comfortable talking with the public and genuinely enjoy helping others. Schedule Weekends only — part time Approximately 10–15 hours per weekend, primarily during flea market operating hours.
