Warehouse & Yard Associate – DAY SHIFT (7:30AM – 4:00PM | M–F | 70% Forklift Operation) Pay: $18.75/hr (aggressive wage progression program) Tired of night shifts and chaos? We’ve got the solution. Join a fast-growing fencing and decking manufacturer as a Warehouse & Yard Associate and work a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:30AM–4:00PM shift —with occasional OT if you want to stack some extra cash. You’ll be the heartbeat of daily operations—pulling orders, loading t. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Recruit XL in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

What you'll do

Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
Load and unload trucks and pallets
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
Scan and track inventory
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
