About this role

You will perform welding sequences in the manufacturing of parts, plan and prepare work of joints and welding, and apply different types of welding processes. You will work in collaboration with the technical team and supervisors to build a product that matches our high-quality standards. This position is open on a night shift. Base pay starts at $25.25 plus additional $2/hour shift premium for night shift. Base pay increases with verified welding experience. As. This is a welding and fabrication opportunity with Marmen Inc. in Brandon, Minnehaha County. Welding and metal fabrication — joining, cutting, and shaping steel and other metals. Welders read fabrication drawings and produce strong, precise joints in shop or field settings.

What you'll do

Weld using MIG, TIG, or stick as required
Read and interpret fabrication drawings
Cut and grind metal to spec
Inspect welds for strength and quality
Follow shop safety and PPE requirements
