FLUX CORE WELDER | 1st Shift | $21 - $28/hr This role involves performing structural steel fitting and welding duties in a steel fabrication environment. You will work with a variety of welding processes, read and interpret blueprints, and ensure precise measurements while fabricating and fitting structural steel and pipe components. Responsibilities Perform structural steel fitting for a variety of fabrication projects, ensuring components align. This is a plumbing opportunity with Aerotek in Columbia, Columbia County. Plumbing installation and repair for water, drain, and gas systems. Involves running pipe, setting fixtures, and diagnosing leaks or blockages in homes and commercial buildings.

  • Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
  • Diagnose leaks, clogs, and pressure issues
  • Cut, thread, and solder pipe
  • Read plans and follow plumbing code
  • Assist licensed plumbers on service calls
