About this role

The Welder Equipment Repair role is responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance, layout, installation, diagnostics and repair of all welding and robotic equipment. The Welder Equipment Repair will utilize skills and knowledge of pneumatic design, hydraulic design, electrical circuits, Controls Hardware design, electrical panel design, PLCs (Programmable Logic Controller), HMIs (Human Machine Interface), robot programming, and device communication networks (DNET, ENET, and Profibus). This is a electrical opportunity with Stellantis in Warren, Macomb County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
