About this role
The Field Technician performs hands-on commercial construction work involving waterproofing, façade restoration, concrete repair, and building-envelope systems. Working under the direction of a Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager, this position completes assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, manufacturer requirements, and company quality standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfor. This is a production and manufacturing opportunity with Valcourt Group in Hyattsville, Prince George's County. Production, assembly, and machine operation on the factory floor. Operators run equipment, assemble products, and meet quality and output targets.
