About this role

As a Warehouse Supervisor you will work with a diverse team, including forklift operators, receiving technicians and material controllers. You will collaborate with managers and colleagues in Operations, Purchasing, Master Scheduling and Quality to ensure efficient operations. You will also frequently liaise with Human Resources for staffing and hiring decisions, conflict resolution, and policy adherence. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily war. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Wabtec in Kansas City, Jackson County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
Load and unload trucks and pallets
Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
Scan and track inventory
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
