About this role
Recycling Lead Job Overview Partner with Maintenance/Recycle Manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bob’s business plan are considered and followed Thoroughly understand Bob’s Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and procedures Ensure that department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracy Mentor, guide, coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials, safe cleaning and mater. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Bob's Discount Furniture in San Bernardino, San Bernardino County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
