About this role
Under close supervision, the Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders and managing incoming customer calls. JOB DUTIES: • Responds to basic customer inquires regarding products, provides quotes, and handles order entry. • Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, electronic methods, or walk in (counter sales). • Influences Motion Industries' gross profit through negotiating the sale price and purchase price, within certain paramet. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Genuine Parts Company in Ruston, Lincoln Parish. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks and pallets
- Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
- Scan and track inventory
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized
