Applications due by: Aug 7th, 2026 Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM - This is a temp-to-hire with the eligibility of full-time permanent placement. Benefits: This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act. All employees may also make pre-tax or post-tax (Roth) contributions to our retirement plan – must be 18 years of age to participate. Goodwill of Colorado is a Public Service Loan Forgivenes. This is a warehouse and logistics opportunity with Goodwill of Colorado in Colorado Springs, El Paso County. Warehouse, picking, packing, and material handling. Associates move inventory, fulfill orders, and keep the floor organized and safe, often operating forklifts or pallet jacks.

What you'll do

  • Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately
  • Load and unload trucks and pallets
  • Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)
  • Scan and track inventory
  • Keep the warehouse clean and organized
