(VRV) HVAC Technician
About this role
CMI Inc. is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a VRV HVAC Technician. The responsibilities of the Daikin VRV Technician handles complex heat pump and heat recovery systems, refrigerant piping networks, and digital control integration. This role requires independent field work, strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and adherence to manufacturer specifications Key Responsibilities: Installation and Startup: Oversee site surveys, assist. This is a electrical opportunity with Construction Mechanics Inc in Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
