[UNION] Maintenance Assistant/Helper/Handyman Summary Responsible to perform non-technical general building maintenance and repair duties, light maintenance activities, custodial duties and minor repairs. IMPORTANT EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED equivalent Participation in apprentice program or trade school IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE 1 year of related experience in a commercial property setting preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perf. This is a maintenance and facilities opportunity with Cushman & Wakefield in Grand Central, Manhattan. General maintenance and facilities upkeep. Handypeople handle repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting to keep buildings running smoothly.
