About this role

We are currently representing a long-standing general contractor in the Los Angeles, CA area with over 20 years of experience specializing in ground-up, tilt-up, and light industrial construction. With more than 100 completed projects in this sector and a strong backlog of awarded work, they are actively seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations. Superintendents are assigned to projects based on proximity to their residence within Sou. This is a construction opportunity with RimePro Inc in Palmdale, Los Angeles County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
