About this role

Path Construction is seeking a qualified Superintendent with hotel and hospitality experienced to join our organization in the Fort Mill, SC area. We are a rapidly growing commercial general contractor with offices in Arlington Heights, IL; Charlotte, NC; Knoxville, TN; Tampa, FL; Dallas, TX; and Phoenix, AZ, serving clients and projects throughout the United States. The right candidate will have 5 years of construction management experience in a variety of asset. This is a construction opportunity with Path Construction in Fort Mill, York County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
