Superintendent Construction Superintendent Hotel & Historic Renovation Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations for hotel, hotel renovation, and historical renovation projects, including mid-rise and high-rise commercial construction. The Superintendent will oversee daily field activities, enforce safety and quality standards, coordinate subcontractors and trades, maintain schedule and budget targets,. This is a construction opportunity with Cybercoders in Whitehouse, Johnson County. General construction and site work — building, remodeling, and preparing structures. Crews handle everything from foundations and framing to demolition and finish work, often outdoors and on active job sites.

What you'll do

  • Prepare and clean job sites, load and unload materials
  • Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and structural work
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Follow site safety protocols and wear required PPE
  • Measure, cut, and position building materials to spec
