Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or GED A valid New Mexico driver’s license appropriate for operating vehicles of the size required for this position. One year custodial experience. Knowledge of: Operations, services and activities of a custodial program. Modern institutional cleaning methods, materials, safe work practices and equipment. Methods and techniques of cleaning and preserving floors, furniture, walls and fixtures. Operational characteristics of cleaning equipment and mate. This is a flooring and tile opportunity with Pojoaque Valley Public Schools in Tesuque Pueblo, Santa Fe County. Flooring and tile installation — hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and tile. Installers prep subfloors, lay materials, and finish edges for a durable, level result.
