About this role

AMC Corp is looking for a high energy, positive individual to lead our team. DESCRIPTION: The Maintenance Person assists store management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. The Maintenance crew is responsible for maintain the restaurant's exterior and interior cleanliness. This includes cleaning fryers once per day, wiping down windows, emptying trash cans, cleaning HVAC systems, maintaining kitchen equipme. This is a HVAC opportunity with McDonald's in Duncan, Spartanburg County. Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning install and service. Technicians install units, charge refrigerant, and diagnose airflow and electrical faults in residential and commercial systems.

What you'll do

  • Install and service HVAC units and ductwork
  • Diagnose refrigerant, airflow, and electrical issues
  • Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups
  • Follow EPA refrigerant-handling rules
  • Communicate repairs clearly to customers
