About this role

The Sr Maintenance Technician will utilize skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. The chosen individual will utilize several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Primary responsibilities include Complying with all applicable codes, regulation. This is a electrical opportunity with Citizens in Johnston, Providence County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.

  • Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
  • Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
  • Assist licensed electricians as needed
