About this role
Essel is looking for a dedicated and experienced Solar AC Electrical Foreman to lead our solar installation teams. In this role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar electrical systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Our Electrical Site Lead needs to have scheduling flexibility with an ability to travel to different jobsites. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and diagn. This is a electrical opportunity with Essel in Rocklin, Placer County. Electrical installation, maintenance, and repair for residential, commercial, or industrial sites. Work ranges from running conduit and pulling wire to troubleshooting circuits and reading electrical plans.
What you'll do
- Install wiring, conduit, outlets, and fixtures to code
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Read blueprints and wiring diagrams
- Test circuits and ensure NEC compliance
- Assist licensed electricians as needed
